Shawarma for Thoppumpady

It is an easy stop on the way home from the city side or the harbour, and we are open until 1 AM every night.
We make two shawarmas. The Arabian Shawarma (₹90) is the classic: spit-roasted chicken sliced thin, garlic sauce and crisp pickles in warm flatbread. The Rumali Shawarma (₹120) is a thin, hand-stretched rumali charred on the tawa, then packed with shawarma chicken and our own sauces.
