Shawarma for Mattancherry
Mattancherry is next door to us. Our counter is on Cochin College Road at Panayappilly, in Chullickal.
Whether you are coming from Jew Town, the Dutch Palace side or the bazaar, it is a short ride to the counter, and we are open until 1 AM for the late crowd.
We make two shawarmas. The Arabian Shawarma (₹90) is the classic: spit-roasted chicken sliced thin, garlic sauce and crisp pickles in warm flatbread. The Rumali Shawarma (₹120) is a thin, hand-stretched rumali charred on the tawa, then packed with shawarma chicken and our own sauces.
