About our shawarma
We make two shawarmas, and they are quite different from each other.
The Arabian Shawarma (₹90) is the classic: spit-roasted chicken sliced thin, garlic sauce and crisp pickles, rolled in warm flatbread. It is the lighter of the two, and our bestseller.
The Rumali Shawarma (₹120) starts with a thin, hand-stretched rumali that is charred on the tawa first, then packed with shawarma chicken and our own sauces all the way to the last bite. From tawa to your hands it takes about four minutes: char the rumali, load it, roll it tight so nothing escapes, and wrap it in paper.
Either one can be made spicy for ₹10 more. Our masalas are slow-roasted in-house, every sauce is made from scratch, and the mayo is eggless. Each wrap goes from the tawa straight into its box, so the first bite is as hot as the last, whether you collect it from our counter on Cochin College Road or order in anywhere nearby in Kochi.
